Spear of Terror is one of the weapons Albert can wield. It can be bought in Deningrad. It has a chance to cause Fear on a minor enemy with a given probability. The Spear of Terror can also appropriately be found as a rare drop from a Hyper Skeleton in the Death City of Mayfil.
Lavitz cannot use this weapon without hacks.
