Rose's Hairband is a helm Armor found at Vellweb, down through the main tower and exploring the passageways before confronting Diaz. Its chest is on the screen of the outside of the tower's wall; of the three "balcony"-like projections from the tower, the chest is on the path that is furthest to the right. Only Rose can equip it.
It prevents Can't Combat (Instant Death), and would thus be a very useful item when battling many enemies. The Polter Armor is the nearest one, assuming the player can and wishes to travel all the way to Vellweb and back through the Snowfield to Fort Magrad. The story must progress before entering the Snowfield, so it cannot be used in the Flanvel fight.
