Maximum Volt is a Thunder-element based monster, the most powerful in Vellweb. It is immune to Thunder element attacks and Status Ailments. It has high physical Defense. It can attack with Thunder magic against a single ally or all at once. It does not appear with other monsters, but only solo or in a pair.

Appearance

This monster very much evokes the notion of a suicidal shock trooper, if not a Frankenstein like experiment; it seems so unsafe and probably painful to strap onto oneself the gear it is carrying, that one might wonder if this was a voluntary process. There are four large Tesla coils latched into its back and shoulders, the second half of each arm are long copper coils running down towards the metallic spheres of which are its hands. Along its waist consists a belt of some sort with electrical components strapped to it, attached to its body by small wires poked into the flesh of its back and chest. It does not lift its feet when it moves, this is most likely due to the metallic footwear, to build up static electricity. There are straps along its torso and face, as well a metallic hat like object resides upon its head. This monsters skin is green, and so is the pants it wears, except they are of a slightly darker shade.

Battle

Maximum Volt has very low magical defence, though it has no elemental weakness and is immune to Thunder. Its physical defence is high. Once in critical health, they spam Thunderbolt which is a powerful thunder-element based attack to all. Status Ailments do not work against this opponent so you have to outlast it.

• Iron Smash - Releases an electrical charge for the tesla coils, then rushing a double punch with the spheres that serve as its hands.
• Spark Net - Lightning bolts encase a single opponent dealing high thunder-element magical damage.
• Thunderbolt - Giga lightning bolts rain down upon all opponents on the battlefield dealing high thunder-element magical damage.

Drops

Upon defeat, this monster may drop the spell item Flash Hall with a rare probability of 8%. The item itself is fairly potent of a spell especially with its capability of hitting all opponents. This spell item can be purchased for 20 gold. If you would like to obtain it by defeating these foes, the average time before receiving it will be roughly 20 minutes. Part of this has to do with the rarity of Maximum Volt, but as always, this varies per person.
