Charle Frahma is Melbu Frahma's sister. She is more peace loving than her brother and seems to be more friendly towards Humans. She currently residing in the Spring Breath Town Ulara.

She also gave Rose the choker that she currently wears 10,000 years ago so that Rose would not age, allowing her to prevent the Moon Child from merging with the Moon That Never Sets.

Charle is very ditzy and often refers to mushy versions of someone's name. i.e., she calls Zieg 'Zieggy' and Rose 'Rosie'. Yet, her more serious side produced the Signet Spheres in an effort to weaken her brother's Crystal Sphere.
