Arrow of Force is the second strongest and most expensive weapon for Miranda; it can be bought in Ulara. When used, Miranda gains 1.5 times more Spirit Points.

This weapon is a great tool to help Miranda level up her Dragoon level if she has not already done so. Also given that she gains more SP per Dragoon level, this weapon can make the process much faster. If Shana/Miranda is used as a healer, in conjunction with accessories like the Mage Ring, Sapphire Pin or, the Platinum Collar, the Arrow of Force can allow them to heal allies constantly.
